What the site is

Sold Price History presents analysis of publicly available property sales data for England and Wales. It is provided for general information only. It is not financial, legal, investment or valuation advice, and must not be relied on for any transaction.

Accuracy

Figures are derived from third-party public sources and may contain errors, gaps or delays — in particular, recent sales take time to register. We present the data in good faith but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Where a figure can’t be calculated (for example, no matching floor area), we say so rather than guess.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not scrape or bulk-extract content except as permitted by the source licences.

Data sources and attribution

Content includes HM Land Registry data © Crown copyright and database right, licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0, alongside other public datasets described on our methodology page.
