Compare house prices between two areas

Pick two places and see the same four numbers for both: the median price paid, the sample it rests on, the price per square metre where floor areas exist, and the last decade in cash and in real terms.

A town with more flats will show a lower median than a town of the same value made of houses. Where a price per square metre is available for both areas, that row is the fairer comparison — it removes size, though not condition or location.
