The data and its licence
Price Paid Data is © Crown copyright and database right, published by HM Land Registry and reused here under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Energy Performance Certificate data is published by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities under the same licence. Inflation figures come from the Office for National Statistics. This site is not endorsed by any of them.
Nothing here is a valuation
Every figure on this site describes what has already been paid. None of it is a valuation, an estimate of what a property is worth now, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell. Do not use it as the basis of a transaction without professional advice.
Accuracy
The archive reproduces a public register that contains errors. Sales can be lodged with the wrong address, the wrong price or the wrong type, and some transfers are not open-market sales at all. The site is published as it is, without warranty that any particular record is correct. If you spot something wrong, tell us.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, link to and quote these pages, with attribution. Bulk scraping, republishing the archive wholesale, or any use that degrades the service for other visitors is not permitted. If you want the underlying data, take it from the same public sources this site does.
